Machine Guarding Course

The training is intended for workers who operate, maintain, clean, and/or work around machinery or equipment. The fourth edition of CSA Z432 – Safeguarding of Machinery was released in 2023 with major updates including a restructuring of the flow to align with the hierarchy of controls, continued alignment with ISO standards and ANSI B11.19, and updates to Clause 6.

This course provides learners with:

  • An awareness of the hazards and risks associated with machines and tools.
  • An understanding of what controls are available to protect against that risk and how those controls work.
  • Awareness of the legislation and standards associated with machine safeguarding.
  • An opportunity for onsite risk assessment exercises on your own equipment.

EHSP holds regularly courses throughout Canada. We can also do client requested courses at your location. Our scheduled courses will be listed on this page. You can also call us at 1.877.243.6838 for group discounts or client preferred rates.
