It’s been over a week since our exciting announcement about EHSP joining Bravo Target Safety! As we work to integrate our two companies, we wanted to share some information on EHSP’s current business practices.
- Identity: EHS Partnerships Ltd. will continue to exist as a legal entity under Bravo Target. This means that all contracts and MSAs we currently hold with clients will stay the same and that we will still bid on and perform upcoming work as EHS Partnerships Ltd.
- Our Work: We will continue to provide the same services we offered as EHSP, including hazardous materials management, occupational hygiene consulting, indoor environmental quality assessments, safety audits, safety and risk management consulting, machine safeguarding, and training. In addition, we are in a position to offer an expanded range of services through Bravo Target’s expertise in industrial safety.
- Our People: The technical leaders you have come to associate with EHSP will remain in place, providing direction and participating in projects. Now as General Manager, Glyn Jones will continue to give senior technical guidance to our various teams. Jessica Frost will continue to provide business leadership in an operational role to our teams as well as connecting our clients to the technical experts they have come to know to support them with their needs. Specific to our project teams, we will still have the following:
- Calgary HAZMAT/IH Group: Brad Burwash will provide senior technical leadership and Nicole Dunsmore will manage the team for Calgary and Southern Alberta.
- Calgary SRM Group: Kim Connolley will lead our team of COR auditors and safety specialists.
- Edmonton Group: Robbie Carrozza will lead our Edmonton team in the provision of HAZMAT and occupational hygiene consulting to our clients in Edmonton and all of Northern Alberta.
- Ottawa Group: Trent Windsor and Kevin Schmidt will lead our Ottawa office as they provide HAZMAT and occupational hygiene consulting to our clients in Eastern Canada.
- Winnipeg Group: Mike Gordon and Kristin Petaski will provide machine guarding safety services throughout Canada and help expand EHSP’s other services in Manitoba.
- Our field personnel are also still in place. These include our certified HAZMAT experts, trained occupational hygienists, certified COR auditors, and experienced safety specialists. We are now also able to tap into Bravo Target’s expansive group of safety leaders strategically located across Canada to augment our teams as needed.
- Banking and Invoicing: Our bank will continue to exist under EHS Partnerships Ltd. We will invoice and collect payments as per usual (i.e. in alignment with our clients’ invoicing policies and procedures). This includes how we present ourselves on various invoicing platforms such as Ariba, OpenInvoice, Textura, and others.
- Insurance: We are currently reviewing our insurance certificates. Any changes that result from this review will be communicated to all our stakeholders immediately.
- Policies and Processes: While some internal procedures are currently being reviewed, we will continue to adhere to EHSP’s established policies and processes for the most part. This includes EHSP’s Health and Safety Manual. The information we have on our accounts on ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks, Ariba, and other vendor management platforms remains to be true and applicable to our work.
Our relationship with our clients and corporate partners is extremely important to us. We will ensure that this integration phase with Bravo Target will not jeopardize that relationship. Should there be a change in any of the above items that may affect how we do business with our clients and corporate partners, we will communicate this online, via email, and/or personally through our managers.
